As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative – Work from Home in Tennessee, you'll be the face of arenaflex, delivering personalized experiences that exceed customer expectations. You'll handle a wide range of customer inquiries, from billing and payments to plan changes and upgrades, using your creative problem-solving skills to address complex questions and concerns. Your goal will be to provide effective and timely resolutions, while also delivering personalized recommendations for our latest products and services.
**What You'll Do**
* Handle customer service calls, emails, and chats, using your knowledge of arenaflex's products and services to effectively service and retain customers.
* Resolve complex customer issues, virtually, using various tools and resources, along with quick access to engage with your manager or support team for assistance.
* Simplify the explanation of customer bills, rate plans, and features of arenaflex's products and services.
* Perform basic troubleshooting on both products and services when issues arise.
* Work a set schedule, including breaks, lunches, and scheduled open time, to ensure availability to answer customer calls and provide exceptional service.

* Call center or customer service experience.

* A dedicated workspace with verified internet service (secure, reliable, and dedicated high speed) and an established dedicated work area (desk, chair, electrical outlet, direct LAN connection).

* You will participate in workspace audits, including remote desktop observation, call and screen recordings, live webcam monitoring, pictures of workspace setup, video chats, etc.
* You will need to be available, accessible, and accountable to work during established work schedules and shifts, follow technical support processes, comply with organizational security and compliance standards, trainings, performance management, recurring management routines, manual and automated remote monitoring policies, etc.
