As a Spanish Bilingual Work from Home Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support services to our clients through inbound phone calls, chat, and email. You will work independently as a contractor, managing your own schedule and workload, while maintaining a high level of productivity and quality. * Valid and up-to-date antivirus software installed
* Smart phone, Android tablet or iPad needed for authentication
**Work Environment Requirements**
* Quiet, uninterrupted space
* Organized desk area
* Ability to work in a home office environment with minimal distractions
**Contractual Relationship**
The relationship between you and careerzynith is a contractual relationship. You will remain an independent contractor for the duration of your contractual relationship with careerzynith. careerzynith will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings while contracted with careerzynith. When you receive your contract, you will be asked to agree to have no claim against careerzynith hereunder or otherwise for vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security, worker’s compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime, unemployment insurance benefits or employee benefits of any kind.
**Compensation and Benefits**
* Contract earnings vary by client, with rates ranging from $17 to $20 per hour
* Pay is determined by your phone call status when assisting customers
