As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of careerzynith, providing exceptional customer service to our clients in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. **Key Responsibilities**

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing accurate and timely resolutions to their issues
* Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and preferences, offering personalized solutions to meet their expectations
* Utilize knowledge of careerzynith's products and services to provide expert advice and guidance to customers
* Work closely with internal teams to resolve complex issues and ensure seamless customer experiences
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including complaints and feedback
* Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance customer service skills and knowledge

**Essential Qualifications**

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., customer service, hospitality, communications)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse customer groups
* Proficiency in English and Portuguese (written and spoken)
* Ability to work with computers, mobile devices, and new technologies
* Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods, lift and handle luggage, and travel to different countries for training
* Legally authorized to work in Brazil without sponsorship
* Ability to work any shift assigned, including late evenings, early mornings, weekends, and holidays
* Hold a valid visa and U.S. visa

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Previous experience in customer service, travel, or hospitality industries
* Four-year degree in a related field
* Knowledge of airline operations, customer service software, and CRM systems
