**Key Responsibilities**
As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
* Responding to customer calls, inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and accurate manner
* Resolving service issues and concerns in a respectful and professional manner
* Effectively responding to routine issues regarding residential and commercial service matters, which may involve outbound calls and other communications
* Returning all internal and external calls, emails, and faxes in a timely manner to ensure that customers' concerns are understood, addressed, and resolved
* Entering service data into computer systems
* Logging information about customer service interactions into systems and updating information in a timely and accurate manner
* Performing other job-related duties as assigned or apparent
**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* 1 year of recent customer service or call center experience
* Experience using bilingual skills, particularly Spanish, in a business environment
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong technical skills, including proficiency in computer systems and software
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working in the environmental services industry
* Knowledge of waste management and recycling processes
* Experience working in a remote call center environment
* Certification in customer service or a related field
**Work Environment and Culture**
As a remote call center representative, you will work from home and be required to be on video in internal meetings and trainings.
