**Key Responsibilities**
As a Remote Call Center Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
* Responding to customer calls, inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and accurate manner
* Resolving customer service issues and concerns in a respectful and professional manner
* Effectively responding to routine issues regarding residential and commercial service matters, which may involve outbound calls and other communications to resolve service inquiries and equipment issues
* Returning all internal and external calls, emails, and faxes in a timely manner to ensure that customers' concerns are understood, addressed, and resolved in an efficient and complete manner
* Entering service data into computer systems
* Logging information about customer service interactions into systems; updating information in a timely and accurate manner to track service inquiries and resolution
* Performing other job-related duties as assigned or apparent
**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* 1 year of recent customer service or call center experience
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Experience using bilingual skills, particularly Spanish, in a business environment (desired)

You will be required to be on video in internal meetings and trainings.
