**A Day in the Life of a Full-Time Remote Customer Service Representative**
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional contact center services to our clients. You'll work with various people, including healthcare providers, patients, pharmacists, and medical office personnel, and be trained on multiple client programs. You'll receive incoming inquiries and make outbound calls, emails, or chats, always striving to provide a positive experience for our clients.
You'll have the knowledge and resources necessary to resolve most questions on your own and support from your team will always be available. You'll keep accurate and detailed documentation about all your communication with clients and enjoy interacting with people throughout your day. With your professionalism and superior listening skills, you'll turn every interaction into a positive one.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide exceptional customer service to healthcare providers, patients, pharmacists, and medical office personnel
* Work with various client programs, including clinical trials and pharmacy location services
* Receive incoming inquiries and make outbound calls, emails, or chats
* Resolve most questions on your own and seek support from your team when needed
* Keep accurate and detailed documentation about all communication with clients
* Maintain a quiet and private work-from-home environment with high-speed internet
**Qualifications:**
* High school diploma or equivalent
* One year of customer service or call center experience
* Ability to pronounce and display a working knowledge of basic medical terms
* Ability to work in a quiet and private work-from-home environment with high-speed internet
* Computer skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Windows / Office
* Ability to pass a background check
* Excellent customer service skills
**Full-Time Contact Center Work Schedule:**
* Flexible work schedules for full-time call center positions
* Full-time employees can expect to work 38-40 hours per week
* At least one weekend day is required
* This is a work-from-home call center position
