As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll support one of the largest insurance providers in the U.S. - no cold calling required! We cover all the training, testing fees, and state licensing requirements to help you launch your insurance career.

**What We're Looking For**

We're looking for experienced customer service professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional service. Here are the key qualifications we're looking for:

* **Must reside in Texas**.
* **Must be at least 18 years old**.
* **High school diploma or GED equivalent required**.
* **Preferred 6 months to 1 year of relevant work experience**.
* **Must have open availability during operating hours**.
* **Professional customer service aptitude is essential**.

**Home Setup Requirements**

To ensure your success in this role, we require a quiet, distraction-free workspace with a hardwired high-speed internet connection. You'll also need to use your own computer or tablet (excluding Kindle Fire Tablets) and have a webcam for video presence during training and production.
