**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling inbound customer service inquiries via telephone and/or email, resolving complex customer issues with ease and professionalism. **Key Responsibilities**
* Respond to customer requests via telephone or email, providing excellent service and resolving complex customer issues
* Research requests regarding policy provisions, claim status, and procedures to provide accurate and timely responses
* Efficiently process transactions and refer requests as needed to ensure seamless customer experiences
* Enhance customer relationships using effective communication and empathy to build trust and accountability
* Support service campaigns as required to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
* Navigate electronic systems to provide integrated responses to inquiries and ensure efficient issue resolution
* Maintain professionalism in all interactions, upholding careerzynith's high standards of customer service
**Essential Qualifications**
* 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry
* Flexible working schedule between 8:00 am - 11:00 pm EST, Monday through Friday, with the ability to work specific shifts and overtime as needed
* Strong computer/keyboard skills, with proficiency in electronic systems and software applications
* Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex customer issues and develop effective solutions
* Superb listening skills, with professional oral and written communication skills to build trust and accountability with customers
* Empathetic communication style to understand and address customer concerns, with a passion for customer service and commitment to follow-through
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Prior call center experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and resolving complex customer issues
* Experience in insurance or financial services, with a strong understanding of policy provisions, claim status, and procedures
* Some college or professional certification, with a focus on customer service, business, or a related field
