Strategic Data Analyst
Description:
? Use data for high priority enterprise customers and leads to optimize savings potential, increase contract utilization rate, and generate additional revenue
? Prepare strategic purchase reports utilizing various resources to identify potential savings opportunities
? Analyze reports and presentations for accuracy prior to presentation, and provide specifics regarding recommendations
? Present complex savings opportunities in layman's terms
? Oversee and manage projects that require project planning and execution, while clearly communicating updates with internal stakeholders
? Communicate directly with internal teams to identify analytical requirements and ensure timely follow up
? Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, operational teams, as well as potential and existing accounts
? Record and keep organized for all email communication and tracking for each opportunity
? Update Salesforce programs to make sure they are current and closed on a timely basis
? Work on special projects
? Respond and follow up to one-off requests
? Familiarize and test new implemented technology
? Regular auditing of technology improvements
Requirements:
? Data & Analytics Skills
? Adept ability at producing strategic solutions from complicated data sets
? Communication Skills
? Ability to work independently and be a self-starter
? Ability to be coached
? Passionate in supporting the Buyers Edge Platform mission and values
? 2-4 year college degree
? 2 years relevant analytics experience
? Foodservice industry (or related) work experience is preferred, but not required
? Value feedback and constantly strive to improve and learn within Data Analytics, Buyers Edge Platform, and the Foodservice Industry
