**Job Summary**

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support via phone, email, and online chat. You'll work closely with our team to resolve customer inquiries, address concerns, and ensure a seamless enrollment experience. **Key Responsibilities**

- Deliver exceptional customer service experiences via phone, email, and online chat
- Manage customer accounts, provide technical support, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Enter application data accurately and efficiently
- Interpret and follow defined procedures and policies to ensure compliance and quality
- Utilize creative problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues
- Adapt to changing projects and updates with flexibility and enthusiasm
- Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet productivity goals
- Participate in extensive self-study, training, and testing to stay up-to-date on industry developments and careerzynith's products and services

**Essential Qualifications**

- 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
- Moderate to advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
- High level of professionalism, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and quality
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices a plus

**Preferred Qualifications**

- Previous experience in customer support or technical support roles
- Previous experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act
- Previous experience in a Call Center environment
- Familiarity with careerzynith's products and services a plus
- Spanish Bilingual a plus
