Your expertise, empathy, and problem-solving skills will make a significant impact on our customers' lives, and we're excited to have you join our team. **Responsibilities** As a Remote Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include: * Delivering exceptional customer service experience consistently, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner * Managing customer accounts, providing technical support, and interpreting and following defined procedures and policies * Entering application data accurately and efficiently, ensuring that customer information is up-to-date and secure * Participating in online chat inquiries as assigned, responding to customer messages, and providing timely support * Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues, escalating concerns when necessary * Staying up-to-date with industry developments, regulatory changes, and arenaflex's products and services * Participating in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge **Requirements** To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications: * 18 years of age or older * High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, or customer service) preferred * 1-2 years of experience in customer service, technical support, or a related field * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management * Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide creative solutions * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail) * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines * Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively * Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team * Reliable internet connection, with a minimum speed of 35 mb/s and a hard-wired ethernet connection * Familiarity with CRM systems and practices a plus **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable: * Previous experience in customer support or technical support role * Previous experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act * Previous experience in a Call Center environment * Familiarity with CRM systems and practices * Spanish Bilingual, a plus **What We Offer** As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll enjoy a range of benefits, including: * Competitive hourly rate ($15-$16.50 per hour) * Performance and attendance-based incentives, in addition to the base pay * Paid training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge * Collaborative and supportive team environment * Flexible work arrangements, with the ability to work from home * Opportunities for career growth and advancement * Comprehensive benefits package, including 401K match, Individual Coverage HRA (ICHRA), and paid time off (PTO) **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and customer-focused individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional service, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
