**Job Summary**

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service experiences through inbound and outbound calls, online chat inquiries, and application data entry. You'll work closely with our teams to resolve customer issues, provide technical support, and interpret and follow defined procedures and policies. If you're a motivated, self-driven individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service, we want to hear from you.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Deliver the highest level of customer service experience consistently through inbound and outbound calls, online chat inquiries, and application data entry
- Manage customer accounts and provide technical support
- Interpret and follow defined procedures and policies
- Creative problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing projects and updates
- Time and task management (multitasking and task prioritization)
- Extensive self-study, training, and testing are required; eligibility to proceed through training and certifications is dependent upon passing required exams
- Adhere to regulated guidelines for communications via all channels

**Essential Qualifications**

- Moderate to Advanced computer skills
- High level of comfort learning new technology
- High level of professionalism
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable working from home
- Self-motivated and success-driven

**Preferred Qualifications**

- Previous experience in customer support or technical support role
- Previous experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act
- Previous experience in a Call Center
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Spanish Bilingual, a plus

**Compensation and Benefits**

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $15.00 - $16.50, plus performance incentives. Our benefits package includes 401K Match, Individual Coverage HRA (ICHRA), and Paid time off (PTO).
