Responsibilities
As a Full-Time Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
Answering incoming calls and emails regarding emergency roadside assistance
Assessing the situation and providing appropriate solutions, including dispatching tow trucks, locksmiths, or other necessary services
Recording and managing customer interactions and transactions accurately in our CRM system
Providing customers with updates and ensuring timely resolution of their issues
Collaborating with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction
Maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy in all interactions
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
A High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a remote setting
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to handle high-stress situations with patience and professionalism
Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment
Proficiency in computer applications and ability to quickly learn new software
Flexibility to work in various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
