[Remote] Remote role ServiceNow Technical Consultant
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Syntricate Technologies is seeking a ServiceNow Technical Consultant responsible for designing, configuring, and implementing ServiceNow solutions based on leading practices. The role involves leading client workshops, mapping business requirements to technical configurations, and developing custom applications using JavaScript.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Lead technical workshops to gather requirements, design solutions, and configure the platform (workflows, UI policies, business rules, script includes)
ā¢ Perform hands-on development using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and API integrations (REST, SOAP, Integration Hub)
ā¢ Guide clients toward standard platform capabilities, focusing on configuration over customization
ā¢ Create technical design documents, test scripts, and user stories while performing unit testing and code reviews
ā¢ Serve as an escalation point for complex technical issues, implementing solutions that improve performance
Skills
ā¢ Experience in a Senior/Principal role requiring deeper expertise in specific workflows - 5 Years
ā¢ Strong proficiency in ServiceNow platform architecture, including UI Builder (UIB), Flow Designer, Workspaces, and Employee Center - 5 Years
ā¢ Deep knowledge of JavaScript, XML, HTML, and CSS - 5 Years
ā¢ Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements, demonstrated through previous consulting or implementation roles - 5 Years
ā¢ Certified ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA) in relevant modules ITSM, ITAM, SPM
ā¢ Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in relevant modules ITSM, ITAM, SPM
