**Job Summary**

As an Associate Customer Service Representative (ACSR), you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, answering their questions, resolving their issues, and helping them to make informed decisions about our products and services. You'll work closely with our internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure that our customers receive the best possible experience.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Answer inbound customer inquiries via phone calls, emails, and chats, providing accurate and timely responses to their questions and concerns
* Perform advanced troubleshooting and technical support for our products, including installation and repair guidance
* Collaborate with customers, trade professionals, and internal teams to resolve issues and provide solutions
* Utilize our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to track customer interactions, update customer records, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
* Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, technical specifications, and warranty information to provide accurate and informed responses to customer inquiries
* Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
* Meet or exceed performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, first-call resolution, and average handle time

**Skills and Requirements**

* High school diploma or equivalent required; 2-4 year degree preferred
* 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
* Previous computer experience necessary; experience with CRM systems and technical software a plus
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies, processes, and procedures
