**Job Summary**

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our airline and corporate travel clients, handling a high volume of customer inquiries, and resolving complex issues with ease. You'll work closely with our clients to understand their needs, provide personalized solutions, and ensure seamless travel experiences.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Provide exceptional customer service to airline and corporate travel clients, handling a high volume of customer inquiries via phone, email, text/SMS, and online booking tools
* Receive, initiate, and process reservations for airline, rail, car, hotel, and limo services, ensuring accurate and timely execution
* Utilize the Sabre Global Distribution System (GDS) to manage queues, scripts, and programmable keys, ensuring efficient and effective travel planning
* Act as a client advocate, ensuring travel requirements are met and customer satisfaction exceeds expectations
* Respond to and monitor emails, addressing client concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Participate in special projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer experiences
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to provide personalized solutions

**Essential Qualifications**

* 4+ years of corporate travel experience, with a strong understanding of travel service activities and industry best practices
* Proficiency in the Sabre GDS reservation system, with a minimum of 3 years of experience
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously
* Flexibility to work extended hours, including shifts and weekends, to meet client needs

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Experience working in a call center environment, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices
* Familiarity with corporate travel technology and industry trends
* Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
* Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results
