Ideal Qualifications:
Located in or near Santa Ana, CA
Personable and professional communication style
Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
Experience in admissions, customer service, or call centers is a plus
Tech-literate with basic proficiency in CRM or data-entry platforms
