Our commitment to innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction has earned us a reputation as a leader in the industry. **Position Summary** As a Full Stack Customer Service and Support Representative, you will be the face of arenaflex, interacting with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person. Your primary responsibilities will include: * Delivering exceptional customer service by responding to customer needs thoroughly, accurately, and in a timely manner * Developing and maintaining a high level of product knowledge to provide expert advice and recommendations * Fielding and resolving customer issues and questions in a professional and courteous manner * Performing inside sales duties as needed, including processing customer orders and scheduling product deliveries * Utilizing consultative selling skills to establish, develop, and service new customer accounts * Providing quotes to customers and processing customer orders * Scheduling product deliveries and communicating delivery schedules to customers * Ordering inventory for replenishment * Maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to safety protocols * Supporting the Supply Center Team in achieving overall business unit goals and objectives * Accurately entering orders and following up on customer inquiries * Executing additional direction given by Branch Manager to support business unit goals and objectives **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you will need: * Ability to multi-task and make business decisions in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment * Composure under pressure and a results-driven attitude * Self-motivation and enthusiasm with a positive attitude * Effective time management and organizational skills * Excellent communication skills, including written, oral, and listening skills * Ability to learn and adapt to new technology * Physical stamina to work in a warehouse environment and office space, including frequent standing, walking, bending, talking, and listening **Preferred Qualifications** * College degree preferred * 2+ years' experience in a retail/wholesale environment with a demonstrated success working with customers * Microsoft Excel, Office, and Outlook experience * General knowledge of the building industry preferred but not required **Work Environment** As a remote employee, you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home.
