**Job Summary**

As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service and support to our clients across various industries. You'll work from the comfort of your own home, using our state-of-the-art technology and training programs to ensure your success. This is a full-time, hourly position with opportunities for advancement and professional growth.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients across various industries
* Resolve complex customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
* Drive sales growth by identifying and capitalizing on sales opportunities
* Utilize our CRM system to manage customer interactions and track sales performance
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
* Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
* Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets

**Essential Qualifications**

* 1+ years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities
* Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
* Ability to type 20+ words per minute with high accuracy
* Basic knowledge of Windows operating system and Microsoft Office Suite

**Preferred Qualifications**

* 2+ years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
* Experience with sales and customer service software, including CRM systems
* Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, communications, or marketing
* Proven track record of success in customer service and sales roles
* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
