**Job Summary**

As a Full Stack Customer Service Advisor, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service via phone, helping customers with a variety of questions and concerns. You'll work independently from home, collaborating with management and co-workers in a remote setting. To succeed in this role, you'll need excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to ensure call resolution in a timely manner, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Provide customer service via phone, addressing a wide range of questions and concerns
* Work independently from home, collaborating with management and co-workers in a remote setting
* Ensure call resolution in a timely manner, maintaining the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction
* Provide product solutions and perform other duties as assigned
* Collaborate with management and co-workers to achieve team goals and objectives
* Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

**Requirements**

* Be at least 18 years old
* Have a High School Diploma or equivalent
* Be able to successfully pass a criminal background check
* Have at least six months of customer service experience, preferably in a sales role
* Have high-speed internet access meeting the following speeds: download = ≥10, upload ≥3, Ping ms
