Key Responsibilities and Duties
Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone with professionalism and in a timely manner.
Plan and sell transportation, accommodations, insurance, and other travel services to meet customer needs.
Cooperate with clients to determine their requirements and advise them on suitable destinations, modes of transportation, travel dates, costs, and accommodations.
Use promotional techniques and prepare promotional materials to sell itinerary tour packages.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating complex cases to the appropriate teams when necessary.
Provide accurate, valid, and comprehensive information by utilizing the right methods and tools.
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Take the extra mile to engage customers and build a loyal client base.
Work collaboratively with team members to improve the overall customer service experience.
Stay up-to-date with new products, services, and policies.
Qualifications
