As a key member of our Technical Support team, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch technical guidance and support to our clients, helping them navigate the complexities of Google Cloud and ensuring seamless integration with their existing systems. If you're passionate about cloud computing, have a strong technical background, and enjoy working with clients to drive business outcomes, we'd love to hear from you! **Key Responsibilities** * Identify business and technical requirements, lead full technical discovery, and design client solutions to meet assembled requirements * Lead technical projects, technology support, support bid responses, product and solution briefings, proof-of-concept work, and the coordination of supporting technical assets * Deliver product messaging for the Google Cloud Platform by utilizing whiteboard and slide presentations, product demos, white papers, trial management, and Request for Information (RFI) response documents * Drive recommendations on integration strategies, project designs, platforms, and application frameworks to implement a comprehensive solution providing best practice advice to clients to enhance Google Cloud platform effectiveness * Attend client sites, meetings, and other events as required **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field * 2+ years of experience as a technical sales engineer in a cloud computing environment or a client-facing role * Experience with inheritance and modern application development, cloud service delivery, and infrastructure * Experience with containers including Kubernetes and other related technologies * Strong technical skills, with a focus on cloud computing, software development, and system administration * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, technical teams, and cross-functional groups **Preferred Qualifications** * Dynamic US Government Top Secret/Secret Compartmentalized Information (TS/SCI) Exceptional status * Experience creating mobile structures using API management, microservice architectures, PaaS, and container orchestration frameworks, or other relevant platforms * Experience with Government Public Area clients, including defense and civilian agencies * Knowledge of application security frameworks, including web application security, service boundary, and mobile security techniques * Ability to learn, understand, and work with emerging technologies, philosophies, and solutions in the Google Cloud/IT technology space **Skills and Competencies** * Strong technical skills, with a focus on cloud computing, software development, and system administration * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, technical teams, and cross-functional groups * Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies and solutions * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues * Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
