Work Hours: Monday - Friday: 9 AM-5 PM
Compensation: $140k to $160K a year + benefits

Job Duties:
• Conduct virtual therapy sessions for individuals, families, and groups
• Complete intake assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
• Maintain accurate and confidential electronic health records
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team when needed
• Stay current with licensure requirements and clinical best practices
Requirements
• Active, unrestricted LCSW license in the state of California
• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience post-licensure preferred
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and technology
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
