By joining arenaflex, you'll become part of a dynamic and growing organization that values innovation, collaboration, and excellence. **Key Responsibilities** As a Freight Processor – Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in processing accounts and ensuring the accuracy of information entered into our systems. Your key responsibilities will include: * Processing accounts and determining if the Bill of Lading and PO numbers are applied * Accurately entering information into the systems provided, ensuring the Vendor Bill of Lading and PO numbers match the Customer Bill of Lading via Corrections, Bill Complete, and the BL images * Achieving and maintaining an acceptable rate and quality to meet or exceed customer requirements * Participating in the training of employees to perform job tasks * Receiving constructive feedback with an objective open mind * Willingness to be cross-trained in other departments to meet company daily production commitments * Adhering to all company policies and procedures * Completing all required Compliance Training within the scheduled time * Actively participating in overtime requirements within the scope of company policies and procedures **Essential Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills * Ability to work independently and efficiently * High School Diploma or GED * Previous data entry experience (a plus, but not required) * Microsoft Office experience (preferred) * File sharing experience (preferred) * High-speed internet access * All equipment will be provided, including PC, monitors, keyboard, and mouse **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications will be beneficial: * Previous experience in a similar role or industry * Familiarity with data entry software and systems * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their skills.
