Job Overview
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with individuals, helping them navigate their pharmacy benefit plans, answering questions regarding medication coverage, and providing mail order solutions. Through your skills and knowledge, you will offer the solutions expected to improve their healthcare experience. Key Responsibilities:

Accept inbound calls and respond to questions regarding pharmacy benefit plans, medication coverage, and mail order solutions
Provide heart-driven support to our plan members, offering solutions to improve their healthcare experience
Work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing needs and priorities
Collaborate with colleagues and management to achieve business goals and objectives
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA and legislative compliance


Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

Essential Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
PC capability in Windows-based applications
Strong client care abilities, including affable phone manners and amazing skill
Ability to issue tackle in a positive, useful way
Open to connecting with clients in a patient, supportive way that exhibits a genuine worry for improving the client quality of life


Preferred Qualifications:

Associate's degree or equivalent experience
Ability to show patience and compassion and express confirmation and confidence
Dependability and consistency with scheduling standards
Solid oral, relational, and relational abilities

Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of $24/hour, with opportunities for overtime. Our plan options are designed to create a flexible schedule for those balancing needs in and outside of work. We are currently offering part-time schedules starting at 20 hours per week, with days off and hours varying. Scheduled start times will differ and rotate to support business needs.
