**Responsibilities**

As a Freelance Data Entry Clerk with careerzynith, you'll be responsible for manually inputting or migrating data from one place to another. Your primary duties will include:

* Accurately and efficiently entering data into various database systems, including CRMs or spreadsheets
* Typing/recreating data provided directly from customers
* Verifying data by comparing it to source documents
* Retrieving data from databases or electronic files
* Sorting and organizing paperwork after entering data to ensure it is not lost
* Maintaining filing systems
* Communicating and collaborating with management and other teams
* Taking direction and feedback from managers when given

**Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

* **Age:** 18 years or older
* **Reliable internet connection**
* **Excellent verbal and written communication skills**
* **Accurate typing speed of at least 60WPM**
* **Extreme attention to detail**
* **Knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets, including Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace**
* **Basic understanding of databases**
* **Strong organizational and time management skills, works efficiently**
* **High commitment to maintaining confidentiality**
