[Remote] Senior Advisory Consultant – Executive Dashboard / KPI Strategy (Higher Education)

Vantage Point Consulting Inc. is seeking a Senior Advisory Consultant to support the Executive Dashboard Development Initiative for Higher Education. The role involves mentoring internal teams, guiding discovery activities, and establishing best practices in project management and stakeholder engagement to enhance data-driven decision-making and organizational transparency. Responsibilities • Coaching and Facilitation • Mentor client teams on KPI development, requirements gathering, and stakeholder engagement approaches • Model effective meeting structure, documentation methods, and communication practices • Provide templates, tools, and constructive feedback to drive consistency across project and analysis activities • Advisory Leadership • Shape a structured Phase 1 work plan and governance model • Ensure all outputs are actionable, measurable, and aligned with organizational priorities • Contribute to a readiness assessment and roadmap for Phase 2 dashboard implementation • Deliverables • Coaching and facilitation plan • Updated KPI discovery templates and documentation tools • Team feedback summary with recommendations • Phase 1 executive summary including findings and readiness assessment Skills • 10+ years of experience in project management, business analysis, or organizational transformation • Demonstrated success coaching teams on KPI strategy, analytics, or executive reporting • Strong facilitation and executive-level communication skills • Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) • PMP, IIBA, or Prosci certification Company Overview • Established in 2009, Vantage Point Consulting has provided Staffing and Software Solutions to the US market.
