Key Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service, responding to passengers' needs and ensuring their safety and comfort throughout the flight
Conduct pre-flight safety checks, demonstrate the use of safety equipment, and ensure compliance with safety regulations
Prepare and serve meals and beverages, handle cash and credit transactions, and maintain a clean and organized cabin environment
Respond to emergency situations, provide first aid and medical assistance when needed, and follow established procedures for handling unusual situations
Collaborate with other crew members to ensure the smooth operation of the flight, and participate in pre-flight and post-flight briefings
Comply with Delta's policies, procedures, and safety standards, and maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity at all times


Essential Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English fluently
Ability to obtain and maintain a valid passport and travel documents
Ability to pass a pre-employment Department of Transportation (DOT) drug test and thorough background check
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours when required
Physical ability to lift, push, and pull objects weighing up to 60 pounds, and to stand, walk, and move around the cabin for extended periods


Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field
Ability to speak multiple languages, with a focus on languages spoken in destinations served by Delta
Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on safety and customer satisfaction
Knowledge of aviation regulations, safety procedures, and emergency protocols
Certification in first aid, CPR, or other relevant medical training
