Lead MicroAgility’s AI Readiness Practice and shape AI adoption strategies for banks, insurers, and fintechs. Advise C-suite executives, drive business impact, and help build the AI practice from the ground up. Key Responsibilities • Lead MicroAgility’s AI Readiness practice for Financial Services, Insurance, and FinTech • Assess AI maturity, design adoption roadmaps, and prioritize initiatives • Advise senior executives on AI strategy, operational impact, and regulatory readiness • Develop business cases for AI investments in risk, underwriting, fraud detection, and customer experience • Deliver thought leadership through workshops, webinars, and executive briefings Qualifications • 8+ years in consulting / advisory in financial services, insurance, or fintech • Strong understanding of AI technologies, enterprise applications, and regulatory compliance • Proven ability to advise executives and drive strategic AI initiatives • Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills Compensation Package: Based on Experience Job Type: Contract Work Location: Remote Apply tot his job
