Job Overview The Financial Technology Enablement Manager will be responsible for driving the research and design of critical F&A solutions, working closely with key stakeholders to identify, analyze, and co-create technology solutions that support our financial partners across the organization. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your financial planning and analysis expertise, combined with your technical skills, to drive business growth and improvement. Key Responsibilities Develops relationships and collaborates with key stakeholders to understand their functional and business needs, providing tailored solutions that meet their requirements. Works closely with internal partners to identify process improvement opportunities, leveraging technology to drive efficiency and effectiveness. Navigates financial cycles, planning philosophies, systems, reports, and analyses, applying financial planning insights to drive optimal innovation solutions. Serves as the primary point of contact between the FP&A and application development teams, enabling seamless collaboration and change management. Performs and supports ad-hoc analysis, modeling, and projects on an as-needed basis, continuously seeking opportunities to improve existing processes and drive innovation. Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need: A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, with a postgraduate degree preferred. At least 5 years of experience in accounting and finance technology, with a strong working knowledge of financial statements and systems. A solid understanding of financial tools, data technologies, and data strategy, with experience in OneStream/CPM tools, SQL, and Power BI being a plus. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to take ownership of projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Essential Qualifications In addition to the above requirements, the ideal candidate will: Be a U.S. Citizen or National of the U.S., an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer. Have experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, with a strong ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines. Be a collaborative team player, with a strong ability to build relationships and work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
