* Build and scale global teams to drive customer success and growth

* Drive customer retention and renewals in partnership with sales and services leadership
* Develop and implement data-driven success motions to inform business decisions
* Collaborate with various departments to enhance the customer experience and drive business growth
* Develop other leaders within the organization to ensure a culture of customer success
* Work closely with the Chief Revenue Officer to drive rapid revenue growth and ensure collaboration across the global customer success organization

**Essential Qualifications**

* Proven track record in a senior customer success leadership position, particularly in a growth environment
* Experience in leading teams that utilize CRM platforms
* Strong focus on data-driven success motions and customer journey mapping
* Background in B2B SaaS and customer success
* Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to build and scale high-performing teams
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and align with various departments
* Experience in developing and implementing customer success strategies that drive business growth and customer satisfaction

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Experience in a public company or fast-paced growth environment
