About the Role We're seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join our Global Merchant and Network Pricing (GMNP) team, which is responsible for driving a significant portion of American Express' revenue. As an Executive Assistant, you'll provide administrative support to senior leaders, including the VP of Global Merchant Pricing - Americas and VP, NCG/RCCG/MA&SE. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with senior leaders, develop your skills, and contribute to the success of our team. Key Responsibilities Coordinate, confirm, and proactively manage detailed schedules, handling all aspects of complex senior-level meetings and related logistics Place, receive, and manage a high volume of calls and messages Schedules and direct high volume of complex international and domestic travel, including flights, hotel, and ground transportation; coordinate essential identification/visa documentation Perform general tasks, including scheduling communication, record association, research, and preparing pre-meeting review materials Prepare travel and expense reports on a timely basis Exercise discretion in managing highly sensitive and confidential information Develop and implement employee communications, including scheduling of town halls, leader updates, and phone calls Other related tasks and responsibilities as needed Requirements and Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: A strong ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and effectively while meeting tight deadlines Self-motivation, great initiative, and prioritization skills Bilingual with the ability to communicate in Spanish (preferred) Demonstrated ability to use good judgment, act independently, and be creative Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization High attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to remain calm under pressure Demonstrated personal excellence and a strong work ethic with a great will to win Proficiency in the use and applications of American Express systems and processes What We Offer As an American Express team member, you'll enjoy: A competitive salary ($25-$35/hour) Opportunities for growth and development in a dynamic and inclusive environment A comprehensive benefits package, including advantages, programs, and flexibility to support your professional and personal growth Recognition for your contributions, service, and impact, with opportunities to participate in the company's success A collaborative and supportive team culture that values diversity, inclusion, and individuality Why Join American Express?
