**Job Summary**

As a Part Time Data Entry & Researcher Assistant, you will be responsible for researching contact information for potential clients, setting up pre-designed mailings and email campaigns, making introductory calls to schedule meetings for Sales Associates, and performing general clerical duties. This role requires a strong and diverse skillset, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and committees.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Researches contact information for potential clients to enter into marketing funnel
* Sets up pre-designed mailings and email campaigns to researched potential clients
* Makes introductory calls to potential clients to schedule meetings for Sales Associates
* Performs general clerical duties, including but not limited to:
+ Filing
+ Photocopying
+ Faxing
+ Mailing in a timely and accurate fashion
* Assists with special projects as assigned
* Performs other related duties as assigned by management

**Essential Qualifications**

* High school diploma or equivalent
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Fast and accurate typing skills
* Moderate knowledge of Excel, internet research, and email correspondence
* Commitment to excellence and high standards
* Acute attention to detail
* Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow
* Ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Experience in data entry, research, and customer service
* Familiarity with CRM software and email marketing tools
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

**Physical Demands & Work Environment**

* Occasionally required to stand
* Continually required to sit and to utilize hand and finger dexterity
* Continually required to talk or hear
* Continually utilize visual acuity to operate equipment and/or use a keyboard for research and communication
* Occasionally required to lift/push/carry items up to 25 pounds

**Work Schedule**

* Up to 28 hours/week office job
* Preferably 8:30am-3:00pm (M-W) & 8:30am-12:30pm (Th-F)
