About the Role
As an Evening Customer Care Associate at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in providing guidance, support, and resolution to our valued customers. This is a full-time position, offering a competitive hourly rate and a 10% rate differential for evening shifts. Key Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls from customers, addressing their inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
Build rapport with customers, using active listening skills and empathy to understand their needs and concerns
Verify and collect demographic information, updating systems as necessary to ensure accuracy and efficiency
Determine and execute the best resolution to assist customers, connecting them with internal or external resources as needed
Manage tasks and follow-ups in a timely manner, ensuring seamless communication with customers, providers, and other stakeholders

Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:

A High School Diploma or GED, with an Associate's degree in a related field (such as business administration, liberal arts, public health, or healthcare management) preferred
