We're seeking an experienced Entry-Level Data Entry Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition Team. As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our recruiting efforts, identifying potential candidates, and analyzing professional profiles in job portals. **Key Responsibilities**
As a Data Entry Specialist at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for:
* Supporting the Recruiting area in the identification and initial contact of potential candidates for our searches
* Proposing new alternatives to identify candidates and improving current processes
* Managing notices in different job portals and evaluating candidates who apply to them
* Identifying and analyzing professional profiles in job portals for various searches we have open
* Collaborating with multicultural teams to ensure seamless communication and project execution
**Essential Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Proactivity and ability to work in a team
* Marked attention to detail in daily work
* 1+ previous work experience (although not required, it's a plus)
* Advanced English level
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not essential, the following qualifications would be beneficial:
* Experience in data entry, recruitment, or a related field
* Familiarity with job portals and recruitment software
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
