**Responsibilities**

* Identifying and correcting errors, and swiftly bringing them to the attention of relevant parties where necessary
* Scanning through information to identify relevant information and correcting errors
* Entering and updating information into relevant databases and software systems following established procedures and guidelines
* Ensuring data is backed up and secure
* Informing relevant parties regarding errors encountered
* Handling additional duties from time to time
* Accurately inputting data into company databases and software systems following established procedures and guidelines
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A working camera on your smartphone or a webcam on your desktop/laptop
* Excellent typing speed and accuracy
* Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment
* Good understanding of data confidentiality principles
* Access to reliable internet connection and appropriate remote work setup
* Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
* Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with remote teams
* High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in data entry will be a plus
