**Responsibilities**

As an Entry-Level Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

* **Data Entry and Management**: Inputting data from paper documents into digital spreadsheets, updating order statuses for customers, and double-checking your work to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
* **Data Verification and Correction**: Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities if possible, and checking the output to ensure accuracy.
* **Research and Data Retrieval**: Researching and obtaining further information for incomplete documents to ensure data completeness and accuracy.
* **Data Program Techniques and Procedures**: Applying data program techniques and procedures to ensure efficient and accurate data entry.
* **Report Generation and Storage**: Generating reports, storing completed work in designated locations, and performing backup operations to ensure data security.
* **Document Scanning and Printing**: Scanning documents and printing files, when needed, to support data entry and management processes.
* **Confidentiality and Data Security**: Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data security protocols to protect sensitive customer information.

**Requirements**

To be successful as an Entry-Level Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

* **Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office**: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Access.
* **Strong Computer Skills**: Excellent computer skills, including touch typing and database management tools.
* **Data Entry Speed and Accuracy**: Ability to enter data into a computer quickly and accurately, with a strong attention to detail.
