**Key Responsibilities**

As an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you will be responsible for executing scheduled customer outreach and sales presentations. Your primary goal will be to build strong relationships with our clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements. Your daily responsibilities will include:

* Participating in creating engaging presentations aimed at gaining new customers and increasing profit margins
* Tracking and maintaining up-to-date and accurate recordings of all sales, orders, and upgrades
* Following all compliance standards to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and regulatory compliance
* Participating in various training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge
* Other duties as assigned by your supervisor or team lead

**Compensation & Benefits**
