Account Manager

The Account Manager role involves handling inbound requests from new partners while supporting top producers and learning the essentials of business development.ResponsibilitiesSupporting the sales process from inquiry to close, ensuring all administrative tasks are completed accurately and on timeEnter and update partner information in Salesforce and other systems, maintaining the integrity and accuracy of the dataManage email and other communications, ensuring timely responses to internal and external queriesPrepare and organize sales documents, proposals, and contracts, ensuring they are accurate and ready for client reviewOrganize and schedule meetings via Zoom, coordinating with team members and clients as necessaryAssist in compiling reports and data analysis to support sales performance tracking and decision-makingContribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes and procedures, identifying opportunities for efficiency and effectivenessActively participate in team meetings and activities, contributing to a vibrant, high-energy work cultureGuide partners through the use of proprietary systems for deal communication and trackingFacilitate communication between multiple departments to ensure smooth operationsSkillsExceptional Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced, highly transactional environmentTechnical Proficiency: Familiarity with Salesforce, Microsoft Office (especially Outlook), and the ability to quickly learn proprietary softwareEffective Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to clearly convey information and instructions within the team and to clients.
