**Essential Qualifications**

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a benefits administration or enrollment environment
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
* Basic computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
* Friendly and approachable personality, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
* Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously

**Preferred Qualifications**
