Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
A high school diploma or equivalent
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong customer service background, preferably in a remote or call center environment
Basic computer skills, including proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
A friendly and approachable personality, with a strong focus on building rapport with clients
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
