Key Responsibilities

Receive and respond to English inbound calls in a professional and courteous manner
Place outbound calls to existing English clients and customers to provide support and resolve issues
Answer questions from English customers and forward messages to clients in a timely and efficient manner
Meet Quality Assurance requirements and other key performance metrics to ensure exceptional customer service
Maintain a working knowledge of company products, services, and promotions to provide accurate and helpful information to clients


Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
Flexible availability to work varying shifts between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm
English language proficiency (required for this position)
Excellent listening skills and the ability to ask probing questions, understand concerns, and overcome objectives
Strong work ethic and self-starter, able to effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to change within a fast-paced professional working environment
Ability to learn and navigate new software quickly
Goal-oriented with professional work ethics
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
Leadership skills
Previous Customer Service experience (1 year preferred)


Work-At-Home (WAH) Requirements
To ensure a productive and efficient work environment, you will need to meet the following technical requirements:

PC/Laptop with at least Windows 10 (Apple/Mac products, Chromebooks, and tablets are not compatible)
Hard-wired high-speed internet connection (ethernet cable)
USB-connected Headset
Webcam
A quiet dedicated place to work free from distractions, including pets and children
