Our company culture is built on the values of collaboration, creativity, and continuous learning. **Job Summary** As an Experienced Driver Onboarding Specialist/Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for reviewing applications, conducting virtual vehicle safety inspections, communicating with delivery professionals, and ordering pre-employment background checks. You will work closely with our delivery professionals to ensure they have a smooth and efficient onboarding experience. This is a full-time position that requires a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. **Responsibilities** * Review applications, insurance documents, and vehicle registration documents for accuracy and eligibility * Conduct virtual vehicle safety inspections with qualified driver-applicants (training provided) * Communicate with delivery professionals via text, chat, and email about the status of their applications * Order driver applicants' pre-employment background checks using company software * Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of driver applications and onboarding status * Collaborate with the onboarding team to ensure seamless communication and support for delivery professionals * Identify and resolve any issues or concerns that may arise during the onboarding process **Experience** * Associate's degree or above (preferred, but not required) * 1-2 years of experience in recruiting/onboarding gig app workers or working in data entry, HR, or customer service (preferred, not required) * Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines **Skills and Qualifications** * Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records * Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines * Comfortable with smartphone applications and web-based applications * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with others **Work Environment and Culture** * Work from home or from our downtown San Diego office * Flexible schedule with some weekends required * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Opportunities for professional growth and development * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance **Compensation and Benefits** * Salary range: $25,000 to $35,000 annually, based on skills, education, and experience * Eligible for additional benefits, including 401k, healthcare, and paid time off * Opportunities for career growth and advancement **Preferred Locations** * San Diego, CA * Remote work within the USA (preferred states: Alabama, Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Missouri, New Hampshire, New Jersey, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Texas, Virginia) **How to Apply** If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
