Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and skilled Digital Media Operations Leader to join our Client Service Management team. As a key member of our advertising sales and operations team, you will be responsible for leading a team of digital media professionals, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth through innovative advertising solutions. Your expertise in digital media, team leadership, and client service will be essential in delivering exceptional results and exceeding client expectations. Key Responsibilities Lead a team of digital media professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure exceptional client service and revenue growth Develop and execute strategic media plans, leveraging your expertise in digital media, including video, programmatic, and CTV advertising Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to drive business growth and innovation Manage client relationships, providing exceptional service, and ensuring client satisfaction and retention Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices, applying this knowledge to drive continuous improvement and innovation Lead and participate in special projects, such as process improvements, technology implementations, and new product launches Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and revenue projections, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting Collaborate with regional teams, sharing best practices, and ensuring consistency in client service and revenue growth Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as marketing, advertising, or communications Minimum 3 years of experience in digital media, advertising, or a related field, with a focus on client service, team leadership, and revenue growth Proven track record of success in digital media, including experience with video, programmatic, and CTV advertising Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in team leadership, training, and development Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, teams, and stakeholders Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines Proficiency in digital media technologies, including ad serving, programmatic platforms, and data analytics tools Preferred Qualifications Experience in the entertainment or media industry, with knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and best practices Advanced degree in a related field, such as an MBA or Master's in Marketing Certifications or training in digital media, advertising, or a related field, such as Google Analytics or AdWords Experience with data analytics, including data analysis, interpretation, and visualization Proficiency in multiple languages, with the ability to communicate effectively with global clients and teams Career Growth and Development At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
