Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Digital Marketing and Customer Relationship Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our social media customer support team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies, and analyzing campaign performance to drive business growth. Key Responsibilities Offer support to our Mission Managers on the development and plan coordination of email marketing creatives, audience segmentation, campaign execution, as well as analysis of campaign performance Collaborate with different blithequark Specialty Units to gather and prepare/trade resources for campaign execution Develop campaign reports and utilize Adobe Dreamweaver and Photoshop to create email marketing creatives and trade resource expectations Assist with monitoring CRM testing, campaign QA, and providing insights into campaigns from performance data Provide exceptional customer service and support through social media channels, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner Analyze customer feedback and sentiment to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for enhancing customer experiences Essential Qualifications and Skills Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field Intermediate to advanced knowledge of HTML Moderate Photoshop skills Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms, including social media, email, and paid search, as well as data analysis Able to be flexible, adaptable, and thrive in a fast-paced, changing, and evolving environment Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with excellent attention to detail Able to work independently and be a self-starter with flexibility and versatility Strong customer service and interpersonal skills Preferred Qualifications and Skills Foundation in Digital Marketing with experience in project management Experience with reporting tools (e.g., Advanced Excel, Tableau) Experience with email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact) Knowledge of databases (e.g., SQL/Oracle) Experience with other Adobe Creative Suite applications (e.g., Adobe XD, Adobe Illustrator) Career Growth and Learning Opportunities At blithequark, we are committed to providing our employees with opportunities for growth and development.
