**Job Summary**

As a Dental Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, addressing their concerns, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. **Key Responsibilities**

* Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
* Resolve customer issues and concerns in accordance with careerzynith's policies and procedures
* Provide accurate and up-to-date information on careerzynith's products and services
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve customer satisfaction
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issues in our CRM system
* Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance knowledge and skills
* Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets for customer satisfaction, first-call resolution, and issue resolution

**Essential Qualifications**

* 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in the healthcare or dental industry
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
* Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
