* **Quality Assurance**: Maintain accurate records, verifying dates, names, salary figures, and other information provided by groups.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Enter data into our systems with high accuracy and speed
* Review and process claims, applying policy provisions and guidelines
* Provide exceptional customer experiences, responding to inquiries and resolving issues
* Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address complex issues
* Maintain accurate records, verifying dates, names, salary figures, and other information
**Essential Qualifications:**
* **Education**: High School or GED (Minimum Required)
* **Experience**: No prior experience required
* **Skills**:
+ Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining speed of work, accuracy, and attention to detail
+ Ability to perform under stress in cases of emergency, critical, or hazardous situations
