Job Responsibilities:
As an AirCover Operational Success Analyst, your primary focus will be on ensuring our operations team has the capabilities, resources, and mindset to thrive and succeed in a rapidly growing business environment. Your key responsibilities will include:
Cross-functional collaboration and partnership with internal and external leaders to drive operational excellence
Conducting root cause analysis and identifying areas for improvement to enhance our operational performance
Developing and implementing best practices, playbooks, and standards to drive consistency and quality
Providing operational insights and analysis to inform business decisions and drive growth
Collaborating with other AirCover leads to implement global projects and support the expansion of our work to our larger partner network
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in operational analysis, process improvement, or a related field
Strong project management skills, with experience in operation change management and analysis
Excellent documentation and presentation skills, with the ability to create clear and comprehensive playbooks and documents
Demonstrated capacity for learning and adaptability, with a history of staying open to new situations and challenges
Bachelor's degree with a quantitative background
Certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Project Management Professional (PMP), or Lean Six Sigma Green Belt are a plus
