As a Data Entry Technician, your primary responsibilities will include:

* Understanding and identifying customs documentation, including customs declarations and other relevant documents
* Transposing customs declaration information from documents into the customs entry system to facilitate the build of a valid customs declaration
* Verifying documents received for Import customs purposes are compliant and correct, ensuring adherence to regulations and industry standards
* Providing exceptional customer service, building and maintaining strong relationships both internally and externally
* Ensuring compliance at all times to regulations, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Daily execution of workflow and department metrics, contributing to the success of our Customs Brokerage team
