**Job Summary**
We're seeking a part-time Data Entry Technician to join our Customs Brokerage team, working 15-20 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8AM-5PM. As a Data Entry Technician, you'll be responsible for accurately and timely entering data into our operating system, understanding and identifying customs documentation, and providing excellent customer service to both internal and external clients. **Key Responsibilities**
As a Data Entry Technician, your key responsibilities will include:
* Ensuring accurate and timely data entry into our operating system
* Understanding and identifying customs documentation
* Transposing customs declaration information from documents into the customs entry system to allow for the build of a valid customs declaration
* Verifying documents received for Import customs purposes are compliant and correct
* Providing excellent customer service, building and maintaining strong relationships both internally and externally
* Ensuring compliance at all times to regulations
* Daily execution of workflow and department metrics
**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* An Associate's or Bachelor's Degree
* Effective interpersonal skills, including proven abilities to listen, comprehend, and communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing
* Strong organizational and prioritization skills are critical
* Proficient computer skills, including solid data entry with a high accuracy rate, email, internet, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
* A growth mindset, eager to learn and develop your skills
* A desire for a career in supply chain/logistics

To excel in this role, you'll need:
